Current and Past Orlando Skilled Labor Portfolio Projects

The following is a series of Orlando Skilled Labor Portfolio Photos taken for an exterior home caulking project, consisting of the entire exterior needing gaps filled after new wood siding and trim were installed on a new construction modern home. Filling trim and siding gaps, along with a multitude of nail holes for residential painting prep was the project scope. The home was scheduled to be paint-sprayed with satin paint, following the completion of the caulking, which the actual manual caulking took a considerable amount of time due to the extensive gaps and nail holes around the home exterior. Overall the project was a complete success and the private client was extremely happy with the labor performed by the Orlando Skilled Labor Team.

The following is a series of Orlando Skilled Labor Portfolio Photos taken for an interior office painting project, consisting of five (5) interior rooms and a 1/2 bathroom that needed all walls painted. For this particular project, the client did not need the ceiling or trim painted. The office walls were upgraded with 1 coat of Sherwin-Williams high grade semi-gloss interior paint (with primer) for durability and a solid, professional finish. The office was painted using a typical manual brush and roller setup and took approximately ten (10) gallons of paint to complete with 1 coat. Overall the project was a complete success and the private client was extremely happy with the labor performed by the Orlando Skilled Labor Team.

The following is a series of Orlando Skilled Labor Portfolio Photos taken for an investment property (landlord) interior manual demolition project, consisting of two (2) full bathrooms that were scheduled to be remodeled. For this particular project, the client requested tile and drywall removed, down to the studs, leaving the walls bare, halfway down the wall from the wall mid-point to the floor (including baseboards and floor tile) in both bathrooms . As with most interior residential projects for a home remodel, the electrical wiring and plumbing pipes behind the walls were left undamaged and in-tact for the home improvement remodel. The typical manual demolition tools were used to carefully and systematically remove the tile, drywall, and duroc, to leave the upper portions of the walls completely in-tact in harmony with the remodel architecture planned. The demolition clean-up afterwards, and the dumpster disposal of the demolition debris, was essential for the project completion. Overall the project was a complete success and the private client was extremely happy with the labor performed by the Orlando Skilled Labor Team.
